Small Group Personal Training
Small group personal training includes the same high-quality coaching and focus as a one to one personal training session, with the added motivation of a fun class dynamic.
All members start with a one-to-one evaluation, and your programme is tailored to your specific goals and needs.
There is a maximum of 4 people per session, so you’ll get close attention from our coaches along with the support and encouragement of other like-minded members.
The Small Group sessions will help you to build your confidence, you’ll work closely with a coach to improve your technique, which reduces the risk of injury and sets you up on the quickest path to achieving your goals
