B Fit is a small personal training studio based in Cardiff. We offer Small Group training, Personal Training and Group Fitness Classes.
Our services are aimed at people in their 40’s, 50’s 60’s, this has allowed us to create a warm community of like-minded individuals looking to improve their health and fitness. Our community is inclusive, welcoming, and motivational – we like to train hard and have fun!
We work with free weights, resistance bands and of body weight exercises. There is a wide variety of different classes every day, allowing you to build a varied and enjoyable programme – which will keep you coming back for more.
We provide all our members the support and the accountability, that is needed for long term results.
We’ve been open for ten years and during that time we’ve helped hundreds of people make improvements to their health and fitness, which is something we take a lot of pride in.
How do we do this?
All our programmes include an element of personal training. You will always train with a coach at B Fit. A coach who knows your name, your individual needs and circumstance and most importantly of all – your goals. This way they can be sure that they are performing the best exercises for their goals and personal circumstances.
It’s a complete package!
A typical membership will include 1-3x Small Group personal training sessions each week. Alongside the small group sessions, you will gain unlimited access to our Group Fitness classes (for extra coaching) and nutrition support and guidance is on hand throughout your time with us.
