B Fit Personal Training opened over 10 years ago with a vision to provide the coaching and community to help over 40’s make exercise and healthy eating a part of everyday life. We recognised that the majority of the gyms available are aimed at the younger generation, which is why we’ve completely turned the standard gym model on its head at B Fit. Our personal training-based model ensures we are able to fill the gaps and provide the support and the accountability that is especially needed for those in their 40’s 50’s and 60’s who have often not exercised for a number of years.
How do we do this?
All our programs include an element of personal training. You will always train with a coach at B Fit. A coach who knows your name, your individual needs and circumstance, and most importantly of all – your goals. This way you can be sure that you are performing the best exercises for your goals and personal circumstances.
