Group Fitness
B Fit Group Fitness is an exclusively members only class. We know EVERY single member by name, goals, ability and their personal situation. You will still receive the benefits of personal training in a group environment, with coaches that know you as an individual. Classes are capped to just 12 people so we can support you and every other member in a way that still feels like you are receiving a very personable service in a family-like environment that you’ll love.
How Group Fitness Works
All members begin their journey on a One to One or Small Group personal training program. However Group Fitness is included with all of our Personal Training programmes, so you have the opportunity to work with a coach every day if you like.
Instead of having to workout at a gym on your own between personal training sessions, you can just jump into our Group Fitness classes with the very same coaches that you work with on your personal training programme.
All of our coaches are in house, we never use freelancers, so you can be sure that when you book in for a class that the coaches already know exactly what you can or can’t do and will plan the class to work around your specific needs.
Our Group Fitness Program is best for those who:
- Want to workout in a coach-led environment with the motivation of others in a group
- Like to keep their workouts varied and fun
- Require slightly less personal support
- Want to work out in a family-like environment with people just like them
