I’ve been into fitness and sport from a young age. My sporting background is in Boxing, where I was lucky enough to travel the World as an amateur and competed in over 100 bouts. All the clients of BFit joined for the same reason, to have a more comfortable place to exercise where all clients and trainers encourage one another to stay active. Not all gyms have the welcoming feeling nor the want to take special care of their clients but this is where BFit excels.
