How do I join?

How much does the Foundation Programme cost?

Our intro programmes range from £150–£297, depending on the level of support you choose.
Most people start with the 6-Week Foundation Programme at £297, as it gives the best support, momentum, and results.

I’m unfit / overweight / injured… will this work for me?

Absolutely. Most people who join haven’t exercised in years.
We adapt every session to your fitness level, mobility, confidence, and where your body is right now.

Is it just for beginners?

No. We coach people who are brand new to exercise as well as those who’ve trained for years; everyone works at their own level.

Do I need to be over 40?

Our programs are designed to support the day-to-day challenges that over-40s face around exercise.
Most of our members are in their 40s, 50s, 60s and 70s, but we can also work with you if you’re under 40 and prefer the personalised support that you can’t get in a commercial gym.

 

How long are the sessions?

Personal Training & Small Group PT: 45 minutes
Group Classes: 30, 45 or 60 minutes

I work long hours. Can I still train?

Yes. We’re open:
6:15am–8:00pm weekdays
7:30am–12:00pm Saturdays
There are morning, lunchtime and evening sessions daily.
